At Maison Manar, we take great care in crafting and delivering each order. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, please email info.maisonmanar@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Not as described

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible, returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 


 

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Please note:

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.

  • If payment was made in cash, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.

 


 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 25.

If your order has already shipped and you refuse delivery, your refund will be issued once the product is returned to us, minus:

  • Shipping costs

  • Any applicable restocking fees (up to 10%, depending on item condition)

 


 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to info.maisonmanar@gmail.com including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue

Upon approval, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
